As promised (and for those of you who don’t follow me on Instagram), here are a few snaps from last weekend’s holiday in the very gorgeous (but cheek-bitingly expensive) Stockholm… Enjoy x
Four pics from my trip to Madrid. The beautiful curvilinear copper lobby at the Prado museum; my 3 friends working some primary colours (and one enormous hat!); flamenco dancing in the Mercado San Miguel; and a fun poster.
As promised: some photos from my graduation!
The uniform we’re wearing is called subfusc, a word which funnily enough also means gloomy and dull. The women’s subfusc in particular is about as practical as sieve-bottomed boat, especially on a cold and drizzly day. My friend and I felt so ridiculous in ours that we trotted off to our cars to change into jeans and jumpers the first chance we got, but lots of other students happily ate their lunches swathed in baggy gowns and hoods with their mortar boards under their chairs.
PS If anyone’s looking for a great restaurant in Oxford please try Gees (residents will definitely know this one already, it’s something of an institution), the food is delicious, as is the Prosecco. Yum.
